Returns
Since we are a small business, all of our products are custom and made-to-order. As a result, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time. For collars and bandanas, please carefully and precisely measure your pets neck and look at our sizing guide before placing your order.
If you receive a defective product or experience any issues with your order, please contact us via email at ollieandches@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item. We’ll be happy to assist you.
Shipping
We offer a flat rate of $15 shipping to all Canadian addresses, and $20 to the US.
Most of our orders are shipped via Canada Post or Purolator with tracking.
Smaller orders like bandanas will be shipped via Canada Post/Purolator letter mail and will not include tracking.
If your order is over $150 before taxes, you will receive free shipping!
We do not offer local pickup, but are offering free local delivery.
Allow 3 weeks for backordered products to be shipped.
